Plan "Bee" - changing "plan A" for a better, revitalized urban Manchester with greenery to reduce NO2 pollution along the A57(M) and Oxford Road, stemming from my scheme response 'The Harvest' as a call and very visible force for greater action from Manchester City Council. The scheme can justifiably use 1/3 of the £150m government budget granted to Manchester City council ON TOP of any budget from MMU estates, transforming static convention into a form of identity and a much needed landmark of the city of Manchester, a signature that would personalize and distinguish Manchester as the progressive and hard working city it is.

My design ethos is based on opportunity costs considered and affection for people and our craft: Spatiality l Optimization l Waste reduction < inclusiveness >< future resilience >< a shared vision, an opportunity-cost considered program > < importance of form to engage people> = fulfilment of marriage between resources and impact Solutions may be limited by funding but when a project is worth so much more to people than any other alternative, I will fight for it, we, people, will make a way if we have a vision we can fight for. Then the workings of rigorous testing and preparation and contingencies come into play, and teamwork will see the project blossom and bloom: I will gather a team where we can work towards the shared vision with joy in compromise and solution, where we will strive to think for our client and the impact of the project on people, and provide the "best solution" possible: - this uses the best solution from all the social, political and economic current and projected factors considered, with design intervention as the representation of the vision. The "best" choice will be worked upon and hammered to working perfection, flexibility and reliability will be the core of our design approach, and at the heart our vision. #design #commitment #we #people #team
